- 1 Pound cake
- 100g Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 cup of Strawberry
- Salt as your teats
- Take a bowl and then mix cream cheese, powdered sugar well.
- For that add chopped strawberry and lemon zest.
- Finally add some pinch of salt as your teats.
- You can take already made pound cake (or easily can make at your home) and then dig in the middle.
- Then fill the middle with your mixture.
- Chill in 2 hours and then you can serve nicely.
