Ingredients

  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbs garlic
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 milk
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbs vegetable stock
  • 1 tbs pepper,salt,mustard powder

Direction

  • Put butter in to the pan and add chopped onion and garlic.
  • Take another pan and add melted butter, vegetable stock,  milk, flour, pepper, salt and mustard powder. Mix well.
  • Put the mixture to the garlic -onion pan and add broccoli and carrot.
  • Cooke it in medium low in about 25 min.
  • Add cheese and let it melt.
  • Serve.
